How does billing work for fixed‑scope projects?
Most fixed projects are split into milestones: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. For small tasks, it can be a single upfront payment.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Monthly Support covers ongoing fixes and improvements. If you just need a one-off change, the fixed “Small Task” tier is usually the best fit.
Can I switch tiers mid-engagement?
Yes. Many clients start with a small fix and then upgrade to a build. If scope changes, I’ll confirm the new timeline and price before continuing.
What counts as a “Small Task”?
One clearly defined outcome (a bug fix, a small UI change, or a small feature). If it expands beyond that, I’ll propose a revised scope and quote before continuing.
Do you charge in USD or PKR?
The pricing is listed in USD. If you prefer PKR billing, I can convert at the market rate on the invoice date.
How do hourly engagements stay predictable?
We agree on a weekly hour range, keep a shared task list, and log time transparently. If something looks like it will exceed expectations, I flag it early.
